Guwahati News Desk: Home Guard Hem Kanta Gogoi who was a driver died in an accident while carrying other Home Guards from Lakhimpur to Hailakandi for election duty.
The accident took place on Monday as 34 personnel were injured and were immediately admitted to Silchar Medical College and Hospital.
Currently, the personnel are under observation.
