Guwahati News Desk: Arunachal Pradesh has become the only state in India to have more number of females born.
Arunachal Pradesh now have 1,084 females born per 1000 males.
The announcement is made by Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Kiren Rijiju on Monday.
“I am extremely proud man! We have shown our preference for female child and gender equality”, says Rijiju.
