Guwahati News Desk: New 5,436 COVID-19 positive cases were reported as active cases reach 53,317 on Friday.
Today, 1,22,977 COVID-19 tests were conducted in the State and 80 people died.
Kamrup Metro alone reported 595 new positive cases with 9 death.
Whereas Dibrugarh reported 418 new cases, Cachar with 431 cases, Nagaon and Tinsukia both with 386 cases as the positivity rate of the State reduce to 4.42 per cent.
