Guwahati News Desk: A 13-year-old minor was raped and impregnated by her grandfather at Kampur in Nagaon district.
The 60-year-old accused was arrested by Kampur Police and was identified as Hamid after the family of the victim who was 7 months pregnant registered an FIR at Kampur Police Station.
