Guwahati News Desk: President Donald Trump on Wednesday claims that US will have a safe and effective COVID-19 vaccine before the end of this year.
The President tested positive for COVID-19 on October 1 and was admitted to a military hospital, but he declared himself cured after being treated with an experimental antibody drug cocktail.
Now the White House doctors has cleared him for holding election rallies.
Trump even promised that if re-elected, he will deliver optimism, opportunity and growth to the country.
