Guwahati News Desk: Seven Sister Development Assistance (SeSTA) handed over medical relief to the district administration of Jorhat to control COVID-19 in the district on Saturday.
The SeSTA contributed mobilizing medical and care aids to the COVID patients and also to medical staff who are engaging in the hospital and isolation centre activities during the pandemic to cure COVID patients.
SeSTA contributed 250 pieces of N95 masks, 250 piece of sanitizers (500 ml), 250 piece of Pulse oximeters and make shift beds with mattresses including bedsheets, pillows with covers at total cost of Rs 7,56,000 lakh.
The beds were handed over to the district authority by Integrator of SeSTA Madhurjya Madhav Borah in presence of ADC Kabita Kakati Konwar.
The contribution towards district administration received support from NITI Aayog and Selco Foundation.
