Guwahati News Desk: An awareness drive on “wearing face masks and sensitisation among people on behavioural changes required in view of COVID-19 pandemic” flagged off at Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA), Janata Bhawan, Dispur in Guwahati City today.
Minister of Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Jogen Mohan inaugurated the campaign. The event was attended by M S Manivannan, IAS, Commissioner and Secretary and CEO, ASDMA; Bishwajit Pegu, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Kamrup Metro; Dhiraj Saud, ACS, State Project Coordinator, ASDMA; Hemanta Kumar Das, APS, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Kamrup Metro and senior officials of ASDMA, DDMA, Kamrup Metro and Home & Political Department.
