Guwahati News Desk: Hatigaon Police arrested five people involved in a prostitution racket at Anupam Path in Hatigaon on Thursday.
Hatigaon Police immediately rushed on the spot and raided a house and arrested the five accused.
The raid was conducted following a tip.
Meanwhile, a case has been registered at Hatigaon Police Station, later the accused has accepted about thier wrongdoings before the officials.
According to the sources, along with the five accused more numbers of people were found involved in the racket.
Hatigaon Police has informed that anyone involved in the prostitution racket business will be caught soon.
