Guwahati News Desk: The Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) has organised an awareness programme among the people at the Ghoramara crossroads area in Guwahati on Thursday.
In the programme eminent actor Moloya Goswami and her daughter actor Nishita Goswami was present.
The programme covered the area of disposal and separation of garbage, no plastic waste should be dumped in open drains were shared among the masses of the area.
During the activity, it was also requested to the citizens to dispose their garbage only through NGO’s that are alloted for collecting wastes from their houses.
