Guwahati News Desk: MLA of Tamulpur Lehoram Bodo, passes away of COVID-19 at Gauhati Medical College & Hospital (GMCH) on Saturday.
Bodo was undergoing treatment since last two days at GMCH after he was admitted to Intensive Care Unit (ICU) after being tested positive for coronavirus.
Chief Minister of Assam Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma shared deep condolences to his family over the great loss of a leader.
MLA Lehoram Bodo took oath at Assam Legislative Assembly on May 21 along with other MLAs.
